Kl8iso Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, and use of Kl8iso software provided by KL8 Tech Group (“KL8”, “we”, “us”) at kl8tech.group. By using Kl8iso you agree to these Terms and our Kl8iso Privacy Policy.

1. The software

Kl8iso is a Windows application for DVD extraction, video conversion, ISO utilities, and disc burning. It is provided as a convenience tool. Features depend on your hardware, disc condition, installed third-party tools (such as FFmpeg), and Windows configuration.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kl8iso for lawful purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute the installer except as expressly allowed by KL8. You may not reverse engineer the Software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

Use Kl8iso only for content you are legally entitled to copy, convert, or burn
Comply with copyright, anti-circumvention, and other laws in your jurisdiction
Not use the Software to infringe third-party rights or distribute malware

KL8 is not responsible for how you use the Software. Circumventing copy protection may be unlawful in your region; that is your risk and responsibility.

4. No professional advice

Kl8iso does not provide legal, archival, or media-consulting advice. Output quality, completeness of damaged-disc reads, and burn success are not guaranteed.

5. Third-party components

You may need to install FFmpeg, .NET 8 Desktop Runtime, and other components separately or via our installer. Those products are not controlled by KL8 and are subject to their own terms.

6. Updates and availability

We may publish updates at kl8tech.group/downloads/kl8iso. We may modify or discontinue the Software without notice. Download only from official KL8 URLs to reduce tampering risk.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KL8ISO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KL8 TECH GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF KL8ISO. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AUD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY $0 FOR FREE DOWNLOADS).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KL8 Tech Group from claims arising out of your misuse of the Software or violation of these Terms, including claims related to content you process.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using Kl8iso at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes should first be raised via hello@kl8tech.group. If unresolved, courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
