About this service

If you're not sure what you need, that's okay. We start by listening to your problem in plain language, then show you the best next step. This can be business help like Google Maps setup and website improvements, or household help like setting up iPhone email, new routers, smart devices, and digital TV. Consultation is billed at $50 per hour. Hands-on technical work is billed at $80 per hour. Pensioner discounts are available for eligible home support jobs.
